Dr. Raymonde GOUDOU COFFIE is Minister of Modernization of Public Service Administration and Innovation.
A pharmacist by profession, she graduated as a doctor of pharmacy at the University of Caen in France in 1984. She opened her private clinic in 1986.

Before taking up the post of Minister of Modernization of Public Service Administration and Innovation, Dr. Raymonde GOUDOU COFFIE served as Minister of Health of Côte d'Ivoire from November 2012 to July 2018. From 2000 to 2002 Technical advisor to the Minister of Sport and Recreation, responsible for projects and resource mobilization before June 2011 to November 2012, the responsibility of the Minister of Family, Women and Children.

On a social level, she has carried out humanitarian activities since 1992, she is a member of the Inter Wheel Club of Abidjan (the spouses of Rotarians). It is at the origin of the creation of several NGOs or charitable and social associations whose vocation is the well-being of the most disadvantaged layers, as well as the development of the regions whose economic and social situation is very weak.

She is strongly committed to the advancement of women in decision-making, political, economic and social positions. She has specialized in fundraising and leadership and management training and has developed expertise in leadership and communication training. Also, it is given for the mission of implication of the Ivorian women to the awareness of their rights and their financial autonomy. She has been a member of the national strategic plan for the fight against AIDS in Côte d'Ivoire.

He was a member of the Board of Directors of Roll Back Malaria from 2013 to 2016 and a member of the Board of Directors of the Alliance. GAVI French and Lusophone constituency from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018. She also wanted to attend Harvard's 2015 Corporate Leadership Program and Yale University's Strategic Impact Leadership Forum in 2017.

Dr. Raymonde GOUDOU COFFIE has also received several honors, including that of the Officer in the National Order of Health.
