COLONEL OUATTARA GUELPETCHIN

INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY TRACES DIRECTOR, DITT

A police officer, a soldier who served successively for the Gendarmerie, the Army, and the Police. The Colonel comes from the schools of Armed Forces of Bouaké and from the Abidjan Gendarmerie School, after a youth as a trooper. Finally, he was graduated from the prestigious FBI National Academy in Quantico (USA) with a profile of digital forensics and intelligence systems.
In addition he studied mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, he is a computer engineer, specialist in open-source technologies, with the stewardship of numerous ICT projects in the fields of health insurance and retirement, platforms for collaboration and communication, as well as the safety of goods and people.
Today, Lieutenant-Colonel Ouattara is the Director of Information Technology and Technological Traces at the Ministry of the Interior and Security of Côte d'Ivoire, whose missions are to implement technological solutions for security, conducting cybercrime investigations and bringing technological expertise to investigative services
